vk999 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. vk999 reserves the right to pause withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC and to close accounts where verification cannot be completed.
You must keep your account information current and accurate. If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account promptly. Changes to core identity information (name, date of birth) may require re-verification of KYC documents.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. vk999 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee on inactive accounts where permitted by applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. Where an account balance falls to zero, the account may be closed.

These RTP figures represent the expected return over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure affecting any game on the Platform, vk999 reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and return the applicable stake to the player's account. vk999 does not accept liability for any losses suffered as a direct result of a technical malfunction. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays and play" applies across all games on the Platform.

Where a bet has been accepted at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error (palpable error), vk999 reserves the right to void the bet or to settle it at the correct odds. Players will be notified of any such adjustment.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time by vk999 without prior notice, including during live events. Bets placed after the outcome of an in-play event has been determined — due to communication delays or any other reason — may be voided at vk999's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vk999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vk999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vk999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
vk999 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
